Partner Training

       How it Works
Share the cost of a trainer by working out with a friend. Training with a partner is just like 1-on-1 training only you will have the added support of a friend and you can split the costs. At your first meeting, you and a friend will sit down with a full-time trainer for a consultation. During this in-depth discussion, your trainer will design an unique exercise plan for each of you. Your routine is designed around your time constraints, ability levels, experience and individual goals.

After you're first meeting, you'll schedule a regular time(s) each week to meet with your trainer for exercise and followup. A typical session combines cardio and strength training to burn body fat and increase muscle tone. However, your routine may be highly individualized.

Nutrition
You'll both recieve simple, effective nutrition guidelines that will help you lose inches and tone up. We can even help you grocery shop or cook. If you need aditional help, we work closely with the nutrition experts at the Dr. CAREing medical clinic and will happily refer you to them.

Personal Accountability
Having an exercise partner AND a trainer means you get twice the the support and accountabiliity. This added support will keep you on track for months.
     
Prices & Specials

1 Session    - $33 per person   (Pay-as-you-go and stop anytime)
10 Sessions - $260 per person
20 Sessions - $488 per person (Best Value. Less than $25 per session per person!)

     You and your workout partner workout together with the trainer and split the costs. All sessions last about 60 minutes, but you have the option to split your workouts into 30 minute sessions. (30 minute sessions are available at our facility only.)

-Our gym. map   (a membership is required and costs $11-$22 per month.)
-Your Home/Apartment (We bring all the equipment.)
